Cancellations
Customer may cancel order within 24 hours via email (see our contact us page) or by calling (530) 284-1696.  We are available from 9:00 am to 7:00 pm  Pacific time.

Returns & Refunds
We have a 30 day "no questions asked" return policy from the date the item is ordered. 
No refunds will be given after the 30 days.
Customer must enclose a written request for the refund with the returned item.
Refunds will not be given until product is returned.
As our standard shipping is free, the customer is responsible for return shipping to ToddlerBelts.com.  This is generally $0.63 or $0.87 up to three belts sent USPS First Class in the United States (more for Canada).

Defective Merchandise
At our discretion, we will gladly repair or replace defective merchandise within 30 days from the order date. 
As our standard shipping is free, the customer is responsible for return shipping to ToddlerBelts.com.
We will ship repaired or replaced items according to our shipping policies below.


Shipping
We ship 1-4 days from the date the order is placed.
Orders received Friday will generally ship Saturday or Monday.
Orders received Saturday or Sunday will generally ship Tuesday.
We will always do our best to ship your product as fast as possible.

Standard shipping is FREE in the United States and Canada.
We currently ship using USPS (United States Postal Service) only. 

Customer is responsible for any other shipping needs (overnight, 2-3 day priority, etc.).
There will be a $2.00 handling fee per order for special shipping needs.
All shipping and handling fees will be declared prior to final checkout.
